Sir Nic Cary Bt has joined DEFT153 as Associate Director, and is working in partnership with Creative Director Teresa Jolley to expand our services and product offerings. This cements a close working relationship that many of our clients have benefited from since 2017.

Nic founded Waysphere Transport Intelligence in 2017, after leaving his role as Head of Digital Transformation and Open Data Policy at the Department for Transport. At Waysphere, Nic established services for key clients including Cardiff Council (ITS Strategy), West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Transport for West Midlands  (Bus Real Time Information reprocurement), UKRI and the Home Office.
